What to send with your initial enquiry

To help us assess your cargo, you can share the information and documents you already have:

• The cargo description, quantity, weight and value.
• The commercial invoice and packing list.
• The available transport document: CMR, bill of lading or air waybill.
• Details of the consignor and consignee companies.
• A certificate of origin and any other cargo documents, if available.

The final document list, scope of service, timeframe and costs are confirmed separately based on the requirements of your cargo.
